Mason started his career studying at Maine Media Workshops + College in Camden, Maine. While studying under award winning directors and cinematographers such as Eric Moynier, Allen Coulter, and Patrick Cady he quickly developed a love for narrative film.

After graduating, he moved to NYC to start working freelance on both narrative and commercial sets, quickly learning the necessary skills to begin making his own narrative films.

While still working freelance, he’s started writing, directing, editing, and scoring his own films; hungry to implement the knowledge gained from those he’s worked with, to bring his own visions to the big screen…or small screen.
